Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joosep L�hmus (ranked 16 p4p, 288 weight class) and Azor Ahai (ranked 4 p4p, 37 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think L�hmus might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Amon Amarth - The Way of Vikings. Joosep L�hmus has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 36 - 14 - 1, fighting out of New York, Joosep L�hmus!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Azor Ahai!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Andrew Berry and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
L�hmus feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Ahais jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Ahai lands with a nice body punch.
L�hmus just misses with a punch to the body.
Ahai now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Ahai misses with a low kick.
Ahai misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Ahai scores with a nice strike.
L�hmus lands a big head kick that sends Ahai tumbling to the mat! L�hmus takes a step backwards and waves Ahai back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Azor Ahai has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
L�hmus lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Ahai circles away quickly and effectively.

Ahai feints and then cracks L�hmus's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow L�hmus down.

L�hmus drops Ahai with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Ahai looks back up at him and smiles so L�hmus waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
L�hmus throws a series of punches but Ahai avoids them all with ease.

Azor Ahai seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Ahai has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
Ahai turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
L�hmus connects with a good right hand that stumbles Ahai. Ahai circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Ahai swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
