Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jonas Carvalho (ranked 6812 p4p, 2185 weight class) and Beau Canada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Canada feints and then cracks Carvalho's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Carvalho down.
Canada ducks under a wild hook from Carvalho.
Canada dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Carvalho. That did some damage!

The fighters circling - Carvalho throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Canada stays in close to Carvalho's body and controls the position.

Jonas Carvalho seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Carvalho steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Canada. That one must have hurt.
Canada steps in with a hook that catches Carvalho right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Canada follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Carvalho looks absolutely devastated.
