Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, David Hoff and Dirk Anderson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wei tries to score a power double leg takedown but Hamilton sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Wei somewhat.
Hamilton tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Wei paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Wei attempts a counter takedown but Hamilton avoids it well and moves away.

Wei is working for takedown but Hamilton is calmly controlling the position for now.

and Hamilton connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Hamilton has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Wei is proving hard to escape from.
