Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Josh Morgan (ranked 754 p4p, 529 weight class) and Mike Lowe (ranked 90 p4p, 60 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Josh Morgan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 29 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mike Lowe!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Alyssa Summers and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morgan looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Lowe is clearly looking to counter with head kicks.
Morgan takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Morgan closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Lowe's guard.
Lowe is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Morgan is aware though and is defending well.

Lowe is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Morgan wants to pass the guard but Lowe is keeping the position.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Morgan throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Lowe works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Lowe lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Morgan has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Morgan and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Morgan throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Lowe sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Lowe rushes Morgan and presses him up against the cage.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Lowe creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Morgan pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Lowe works on Morgan's body with a couple of short punches.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
