Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sergei MiG (ranked 2469 p4p, 4123 weight class) and Arnaldur Hjoervarsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think MiG might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Zombie. Hjoervarsson has chosen The Only as his entrance music. Arnaldur Hjoervarsson is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sergei MiG!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Arnaldur Hjoervarsson!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Wesley Smith and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
MiG throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Hjoervarsson closes the distance looking to clinch
and MiG counters with a lovely straight right hand!
It looks like Arnaldur Hjoervarsson has been cut.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
MiG tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
A head punch on the inside from Hjoervarsson fails to land.
Hjoervarsson breaks the clinch.
Hjoervarsson darts in trying to clinch
letting MiG counter with a right hand.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
MiG swings for the body but Hjoervarsson moves out of range.
Hjoervarsson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
MiG takes one to the chin there.
It looks like Sergei MiG has been cut.
MiG lands with a right hand.
Hjoervarsson closes the distance and pushes MiG back into the cage.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
MiG misses with a hook to the ribs.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hjoervarsson breaks from the clinch.
Hjoervarsson drives through and clinches with MiG against the cage.
MiG presses Hjoervarsson against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
MiG tries to throw a body punch but Hjoervarsson avoids it by throwing MiG back against the cage.
MiG lands a nice uppercut.
MiG lands a shoulder strike.
A short left from Hjoervarsson.
Hjoervarsson pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
MiG takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Hjoervarsson looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Hjoervarsson looks to land a right hand but MiG moved out of range.
Hjoervarsson keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
MiG finds Hjoervarsson's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Hjoervarsson flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. MiG lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Hjoervarsson will be OK.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Sergei MiG!
A relieved looking Sergei MiG thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
