Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Xande Moreno (ranked 2494 p4p, 2511 weight class) and Ricardo Pfeifer (ranked 321 p4p, 325 weight class). Pfeifer is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Trooper by Iron Maiden. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pfeifer misses with a hook. Moreno ducked under it nicely.

Moreno throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Pfeifer on the side of the head.
Pfeifer fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Moreno checks it well.

Moreno walks straight into a right hand from Pfeifer - that's dropped him! Pfeifer jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Moreno from any more punishment! Moreno complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
