Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Nard Betker and Daniel Blasius.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kelly fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches O Madsen on the side of the head.
O Madsen tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kelly swats him away and circles back towards the center.
A little feinted left hand from Kelly on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
O Madsen takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Kelly fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. O Madsen looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Kelly scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Kelly sizes up O Madsen with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that O Madsen has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

O Madsen is working for a kimura but Kelly is defending it quite comfortably.
Kelly tries to kick O Madsen off in order to stand up. O Madsen Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
Kelly is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, O Madsen asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Kelly sneaks out the side door and pushes O Madsen away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.

Mark O Madsen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

O Madsen shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Kelly's guard.
Kelly is looking to stand up but O Madsen isn't so interested in that idea.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Kelly scrambles and gets back to his feet.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Kelly dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

O Madsen shoots for a double leg takedown but Kelly sprawls well. He's pushed O Madsen's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Kelly, as that shot connected.
