Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tony Cornell!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Shigeki Fujiwara and Ren Mimura.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cornell bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Cornell lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Darweshi throws a jab but it's blocked by Cornell.
Darweshi lands a leg kick that knocks Cornell off balance momentarily.
Darweshi connects with a looping right hand.
Darweshi moves out of range of the body kick from Cornell.
Cornell misses with a body kick.
Samran Darweshi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice body punch from Darweshi.
Decent striking displayed by Darweshi there.
Darweshi lands with a hook. Cornell tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Darweshi takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Darweshi lands a nice hook to Cornell's body. Cornell takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Darweshi uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Cornell has time to react.

Cornell is still on wobbly legs! Can Darweshi finish him?
Darweshi throws the left hand but Cornell avoids the punch easily.
Darweshi has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Rickys House in the buildup to the fight.
Darweshi throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Cornell walks straight into a perfectly timed right hook, crumpling him to the floor! Cornell is in all kinds of trouble here - can he beat the count? 3,4,5,6,7,8,9....10 - he's out and it's by a long way too - he didn't ever look like beating that count!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Samran Darweshi!
