Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Erl Jonsen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Vitaly Ovcharenko!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, John Kavanagh and Bruno Lombardi.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ovcharenko rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jonsen moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Jonsen motions for Ovcharenko to come forward. Jonsen throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Ovcharenko on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Jonsen scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.

It looks like Vitaly Ovcharenko has been cut.
Nice uppercut there from Jonsen.
Jonsen throws a low kick, looking for Ovcharenko's leg but Ovcharenko calmly moves out of range.
Ovcharenko looks to throw the jab but Jonsen is out of range.
Jonsen definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Ovcharenko on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Jonsen. Jonsen obviously looking to wear him down.
Ovcharenko throws a right hand that Jonsen ducks under and follows up with a left that Jonsen also avoids with ease.
Ovcharenko scores with a body shot.
Jonsen moves away from the strike by Ovcharenko.
Jonsen fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Jonsen is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Sloppy strikes from Ovcharenko. Those never looked like landing.
A little feinted left hand from Jonsen on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Jonsen throws a good cross that connects.
Nice body kick from Jonsen.
The crowd cheers as Ovcharenko lands an impressive looking overhand right. Jonsen doesn't seem phased though.
Jonsen shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Ovcharenko eats them both and turns towards Jonsen to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Ovcharenko misses the jab.
Jonsen pushes Ovcharenko away with a front kick.
Jonsen moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Ovcharenko lands a head kick. Jonsen smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Ovcharenko looks winded!
Jonsen scores with a punch to the head.
Jonsen lands a jab.

Ovcharenko is rocked!

That has opened up Vitaly Ovcharenko's cut even more.
Jonsen cracks Ovcharenko with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Ovcharenko is still on wobbly legs! Can Jonsen finish him?
A slapping leg kick lands for Jonsen.
Ovcharenko on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Ovcharenko drops his hands for a split second and Jonsen immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Ovcharenko face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Jonsen follows up with a right hand that knocks Ovcharenko into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Erl Jonsen!
Erl Jonsen decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
