Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Shao Khan (ranked 4566 p4p, 4703 weight class) and Vasco Vigorito (ranked 0 p4p, 538 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Vasco Vigorito!
The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Daniel Franklin and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from Khan misses the target.
And Vigorito tries to counter it with a takedown but Khan pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Vigorito keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Shao Khan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
