Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sss Sss (ranked 6969 p4p, 6681 weight class) and Lovely Tierra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Sss shoots for a double leg takedown but Tierra sprawls well. He's pushed Sss's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Tierra is trying to counter with his kicks.
Sss has his takedown stuffed
and Tierra counters with a three punch combo that has Sss backing up. Sss nods at Tierra to acknowledge the strikes.
Tierra tries for a takedown but Sss circles away easily
and Sss counters with a nice body shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Sss shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Tierra napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Sss laying and praying for a moment but Tierra takes advantage and regains half guard.

Sss is stalling here. Tierra is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Sss seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Tierra has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Tierra decides to stand up, so the ref orders Sss to his feet.
Sss is trying hard to land a takedown here. Tierra sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Tierra now looks to counter with a shot at the body.

Tierra gets caught napping as Sss dives in and scores a takedown. Tierra manages to retain guard.

Tierra has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Sss is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.

Tierra escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Tierra feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Tierra seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Sss decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Tierra pushes Sss off looking to stand but Sss dives back in and keeps control.

Tierra leaves Sss with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Tierra shoots in and bounces Sss off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Sss wants to get back to his feet but Tierra is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Tierra closes the distance and clinches up with Sss, looking for a takedown. Tierra pushes Sss against the cage but Sss circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Sss jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.

Tierra shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Sss's guard.

Sss working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Tierra doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Tierra manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Sss has Tierra pulled in close to control his posture.

Tierra gets to his feet - Sss follows without any prompting.
Tierra keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Tierra follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Tierra shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

Sss has one foot on Tierra's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.

A close second round but Lovely Tierra will probably get the nod - 10:9.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Sss swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.

Sss wants to stand but Tierra is controlling his posture from full guard.
Tierra is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Sss is controlling him.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sss throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Tierra works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Tierra changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Sss looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Sss regains half guard, as Tierra was trying to land strikes.

Tierra escapes and gets back to his feet.
Sss Sss has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Lovely Tierra is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Tierra closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Sss Sss.
Well Tierra has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
