Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Roel Yomero (ranked 3018 p4p, 3639 weight class) and Dixon Schneider (ranked 381 p4p, 449 weight class). Schneider has chosen Nelly - Batter Up as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Roel Yomero!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dixon Schneider!
The judges for this bout are Ben Hemmingworth, Donatello Bradman and Chris Dean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schneider takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Yomero throws a hook to the side of Schneider's head but Schneider sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Yomero throws an off balance right hand
and Schneider counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Yomero looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Yomero scores with a jab to the jaw.
Schneider tries to clinch but Yomero moves out of range.
Schneider drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Schneider slips under a jab from Yomero.
Schneider doesn't manage to clinch there - Yomero circles away.
Yomero appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
A jab lands there for Yomero.
A slapping body kick lands there for Schneider.
Yomero looks to land a left hand but Schneider moved out of range nicely.
Yomero throws a leg kick
and Schneider counters with a slapping leg kick.
Schneider fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Schneider tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Schneider avoids the body shot from Yomero.
Schneider with the counter takedown but Yomero avoids it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Yomero lands a nice shot that snaps Schneider's head back.
It looks like Dixon Schneider has been cut.
Roel Yomero is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Schneider chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Schneider moves into the clinch.
Yomero is pressed up against the cage. Schneider has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Yomero down to the mat. Yomero avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Schneider thows a leg kick but Yomero checks it
and Yomero scores with a counter punch that sends Schneider to the canvas! Yomero smells blood - he's punishing Schneider with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Schneider has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Roel Yomero!
A very excited looking Roel Yomero rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
