Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gauthier Delisle (ranked 459 p4p, 1250 weight class) and Fanta Coco (ranked 78 p4p, 190 weight class). Fanta Coco will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Thiago Cunha and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Delisle shoots in and gets a takedown into Coco's guard.
Coco wriggles free and stands up.
Fanta Coco seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Coco doesn't manage to clinch there - Delisle circles away.
Coco misses with a jab, cross combination.
Delisle drops down looking for a counter takedown but Coco sprawls and moves away.

Coco has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Delisle has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.
Delisle has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Coco is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Coco creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Delisle has Coco pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Coco manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Delisle is trying to drag Coco to the mat but Coco just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Coco feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Delisles jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Delisle lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Delisle has an Americana. Coco didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Delisle is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Delisle hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
