Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Riley Knox (ranked 6165 p4p, 3093 weight class) and Sortek Redfist (ranked 634 p4p, 388 weight class). And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 33 - 16 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sortek Redfist!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Ren Mimura and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knox moves forwards but Redfist connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Knox looks to throw the jab but Redfist is out of range.
Sortek Redfist seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Redfist uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Knox.
Redfist throws out a counter right but Knox avoids it with no problem.
Redfist misses with a low kick.
Knox gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Nice uppercut lands for Redfist. That snapped Knox's head back.
Redfist scores with a kick to the midsection.
Knox plants his feet and throws a devastating head kick! It connects square on Redfist's ear and has knocked him out cold! No need for a count here as the referee immediately tends to a stricken Redfist, crumpled in the corner! Wow, what a finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Riley Knox!

After winning the bout, Riley Knox thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
