Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yevgeny Ignatov (ranked 4285 p4p, 5617 weight class) and Math Riddle (ranked 513 p4p, 614 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A lazy body kick from Riddle
and Ignatov counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Ignatov goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Ignatov clinches up against the cage.
Ignatov lands a body punch in the clinch.
Ignatov throws a punch but it's blocked by Riddle.
Ignatov tries a body shot but Riddle blocks it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Riddle has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Ignatov has passed into side control.

Ignatov has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Riddle's body.

What can Riddle do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!

You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Ignatov sends Riddle crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Ignatov is motioning to the referee to let Riddle up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
It looks like Math Riddle has been cut.
Math Riddle seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ignatov ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Riddle moves away.
Riddle thinks about the counter body kick.

and Ignatov counters with a crisp right hand that drops Riddle! Ignatov lets Riddle back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Riddle is rocked!
Ignatov is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Riddle can do to turn this around?
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Riddle throws a leg kick but Ignatov checks it.
Ignatov looks to throw the jab but Riddle is out of range.
Riddle takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Ignatov fails to land with a series of punches.
Riddle will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Riddle with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Ignatov to score with a decent uppercut.
Riddle is still on wobbly legs! Can Ignatov finish him?

and Ignatov counters with an inside leg kick.
Riddle seems to have recovered his senses.
Riddle walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Ignatov checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Ignatov cracks Riddle with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Riddle tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Ignatov pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Riddle is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:52 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Yevgeny Ignatov!
