Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Vos Zy (ranked 1799 p4p, 1046 weight class) and Peter Zonta (ranked 207 p4p, 128 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from Zonta misses the target.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Zonta has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Zy uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Zonta has time to react.

We've been told by Zy's head coaches at Ryōzanpaku Dojo that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
