Aldo comes to the cage accompanied by The Foggy Dew. Conor Aldo could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Ramon Rabbit's chin.

With a record of 7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ramon Rabbit!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A swing and a miss from Aldo.
Aldo takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
An inside leg kick lands from Rabbit.
Rabbit throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Aldo throws a big counter combination but Rabbit scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Aldo pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Rabbit is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Aldo with a body shot.
Rabbit ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Aldo takes a head kick and keeps coming.

It looks like Conor Aldo has been cut.
Rabbit pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Rabbit throws a nice head kick!

Rabbit moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Rabbit swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Aldo misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Rabbit throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
The fighters circling - Rabbit throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Rabbit lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Aldo circles away quickly and effectively.
Aldo is looking to counter with a body kick.
Aldo throws a leg kick but Rabbit moved away.
Rabbit let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Rabbit misses with a lunging right hand
and Aldo makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Aldo ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Rabbit moves away.
Rabbit is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.

Aldo sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Rabbit blocks a low kick nicely.
Aldo dodges the punch combination from Rabbit.
Rabbit moves away from the strike by Aldo.
Rabbit cracks Aldo with a right hand to the side of the head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Aldo ducks under a wild hook from Rabbit.
Rabbit tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Rabbit lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Aldo goes down and covers up as Rabbit starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!

During a confident post fight interview, Ramon Rabbit thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
Conor Aldo was interviewed post fight and said 'I stormed in and put it all on the line. I took a shot and missed. I will never apologize for taking a shot. Shit happens.'.
