The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gizmo closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Noburo Lehtomura showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Lehtomura has his hands clasped together around Gizmo 's back. He's all about the action.
Lehtomura felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
Still in half guard, Gizmo seems content to control.
Gizmo looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
