Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alex Vader (ranked 2685 p4p, 6345 weight class) and Clinton Riberno (ranked 350 p4p, 657 weight class). Vader's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Imperial March. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Alex Vader!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Clinton Riberno!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, James Atkins and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vader goes for a double leg but Riberno avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Riberno continues to drive forward.
Riberno let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Vader drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Riberno tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Vader lands a nice shot to the body.
Vader blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Vader effectively controlling the action here.
Vader breaks from the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Vader shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Riberno as he jumps to the side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Alex Vader. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Vader fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Vader closes this distance looking for a takedown but Riberno circles away.
Riberno scores with a nice strike.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Riberno gets tackled into the cage by Vader. Vader maintains the clinch.
Vader throws an elbow but it misses.
Riberno misses with the head strike.
Riberno pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Riberno displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Vader.
Riberno scores with a nice right hand.
A left lands for Riberno.
It looks like Alex Vader has been cut.
Riberno misses with a hook. Vader ducked under it nicely.
The fight stays on the outside here - Vader looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Vader wants to clinch.
Riberno cracks Vader with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Riberno has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Vader to stand back up!
Vader is rocked!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Riberno engages and cracks Vader with a massive lead left hook - Vader tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Riberno is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Clinton Riberno!
