Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mr Hotspot (ranked 6666 p4p, 3293 weight class) and Christopher Nibbs (ranked 672 p4p, 416 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mr Hotspot!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Christopher Nibbs!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nibbs lunges at Hotspot with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Hotspot's hand.
Hotspot misses with a double jab
and Nibbs counters with a lovely straight right hand!
A left lands for Nibbs.
Nibbs scores with a jab. Hotspot acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Nibbs misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Hotspot shoots in looking for a takedown. Nibbs tries to sprawl out of it but Hotspot keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Nibbs manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
A combination from Nibbs does no damage.
No luck for Hotspot with that takedown attempt.
Hotspot looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Nibbs!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Hotspot is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Nibbs's shoulder. That is not cool.
Nibbs struggling a bit here.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Nibbs tries to get back to half guard but can't.
The referee asks Hotspot politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Hotspot prefers to stall for the moment though.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Hotspot with a lazy takedown attempt
and Nibbs counters with a straight right hand.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mr Hotspot. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Nibbs paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
It looks like Mr Hotspot has been cut.
Nibbs bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Hotspot's head backwards.
No joy there for Nibbs, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Nibbs has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
Hotspot moves forwards but Nibbs connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Hotspot is rocked!
Nibbs lands a nice shot to the body.
Christopher Nibbs is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Nibbs throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Hotspot takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Nibbs batters Hotspot with a massive right followed by a huge left! Hotspot is out on his feet looking like a zombie as Nibbs lands a final crushing right hand to drop Hotspot to the mat with a gruesome thud! Nibbs is running around like a mad man after that fight and for good reason!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:16 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Christopher Nibbs!
Christopher Nibbs was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
