Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Semmy Cobb (ranked 2770 p4p, 2624 weight class) and John Rydeland (ranked 105 p4p, 105 weight class). Cobb comes into the arena with You dropped the Bomb on me blaring out of the sound system. Rydeland has chosen Robbery - Not sneak attack as his entrance music. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 - 26 - 0, fighting out of New York, John Rydeland!
The judges for this bout are Ben Hemmingworth, Darius Henderson and Eliza Hachem.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

That was a close round but I would say that Semmy Cobb will probably get the nod.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

The fight stays on the outside here - Rydeland looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Cobb lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
