Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Marc Anthony (ranked 1900 p4p, 2129 weight class) and Kaoru Hanayama (ranked 265 p4p, 293 weight class). Hanayama has chosen Plan Three - Tigress as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Marc Anthony!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kaoru Hanayama!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Chad Campbell and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anthony connects with a good right hand that stumbles Hanayama. Hanayama circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Hanayama darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Hanayama lands with a shot to the body.
A swing and a miss from Hanayama.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Hanayama, as that shot connected.
Hanayama looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Anthony wants to get back to his feet but Hanayama passes into half guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hanayama is looking for a kimura here.
Hanayama is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Anthony doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Hanayama.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hanayama is pressing down on Anthony's thigh, looking to free his foot. Anthony is holding on for now.
Anthony is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Anthony wants to control but Hanayama is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Hanayama seems to be working for a kimura but Anthony defends the submission attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Hanayama trying to pass the guard but Anthony defending well.
Hanayama prevents Anthony from improving his position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hanayama is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Anthony is just riding it out for now. Hanayama eventually gives up the hold.
Hanayama passes to side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Anthony is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Hanayama is one step ahead and moves to full mount!
Anthony is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Anthony has left one of his arms exposed and Hanayama doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Anthony screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Kaoru Hanayama!
Kaoru Hanayama bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
