Brawnanvil fails with the takedown.
Brawnanvil is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Makarov moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sergey Makarov!
After winning the bout, Sergey Makarov thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
