Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jamin Destro (ranked 2579 p4p, 2473 weight class) and Khal Drogo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Khal Drogo is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jamin Destro!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Khal Drogo!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Chris Dean and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Destro throws a right hand that misses
and Drogo counters with a nice body shot.
Destro throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Drogo swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Destro fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Drogo manages to avoid it.
Destro sets himself, and Drogo steps forward looking for the clinch! Destro avoids it this time.
Destro jabs Drogo right on the nose. Drogo blinks but takes it well.
Destro misses the jab.
Drogo tries to counter with a clinch but Destro shakes him off and moves away.
Destro lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Drogo moves out of range as Destro strikes.
Drogo is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Destro with a body shot.
Destro swings and misses with a hook to the body.

and Drogo connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Drogo looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

and Drogo counters with a right hand to the body.
Destro swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Drogo moves into the clinch.
Drogo lands on the inside with an uppercut.

Destro's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Jamin Destro seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Drogo throws out a counter right but Destro avoids it with no problem.

Destro breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Drogo is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

and Drogo holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Drogo breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Nice straight punches there by Destro. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Destro.
Drogo is rocked!
Destro steps in with a hook that catches Drogo right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Destro follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Drogo looks absolutely devastated.

After the fight, Jamin Destro was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
