Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Klay Dee (ranked 1597 p4p, 893 weight class) and James Quin (ranked 167 p4p, 100 weight class). Dee kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Tyler, The Creator - Who Dat Boy. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dee misses with an uppercut. Quin saw that one coming.
Quin moves away from the strike by Dee.
Dee lands a jab.

Dee throws a body shot but no joy.
Quin let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Quin looks to throw the jab but Dee is out of range.
Dee swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.

Dee uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Quin.

Quin stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Dee misses with a series of wild punches.
Quin thows a left - swing and a miss!
Dee pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Quin avoids the body shot from Dee.
Dee displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Quin throws out the jab.
Quin is looking to chop away at Dee's legs.
Dee works Quin's body with a nice hook.
Dee tries to land a front kick but Quin steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Dee tries a head kick but it misses.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Dee takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Dee scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Dee pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Quin lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Dee at a distance.
Quin misses with a body shot.
Dee lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Dee throws a head kick but Quin moves out of range.
Dee ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Quin moves away.
Quin throws a leg kick which misses Dee's front leg but catches the back leg as Dee tries to avoid it.
Quin looks to land a right hand but Dee moved out of range.

Dee lands a glancing blow to the side of Quin's head.
Quin throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Dee sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Quin tries to land a leg kick but Dee saw it coming and moves away.
Dee looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Dee connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
The fighters circle momentarily. Quin darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Dee on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Dee connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

Dee lands a jab.
Quin slips under a jab from Dee.
Quin looks to score with a jab to the body but Dee is just out of range.
Quin has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
Dee moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Quin blocks a leg kick.
Dee tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
A nice side step and Quin releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Quin swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Dee throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Quin lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Dee at a distance.
Dee looks to land a body kick but Quin moved away.
Klay Dee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dee turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Quin jabs Dee right on the nose. Dee blinks but takes it well.

Quin uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Dee has time to react.
