Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Archi Andrews (ranked 4387 p4p, 4399 weight class) and Paulo Taco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Taco shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Andrews is trying to defend but Taco finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Andrews tries to kick Taco off in order to stand up. Taco Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
Taco moves into full mount!
Taco tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Andrews defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Taco.
Taco postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Andrews looks a forlorn figure.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Andrews wants to hold on but Taco pushes him away.
Taco working the ground and pound effectively.

Andrews is desperately trying to improve his position but Taco has a good base and remains in mount.
Taco landing strikes from the mount and Andrews is in trouble!
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Taco cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Taco lands a nice shot to the head.

Andrews has left one of his arms exposed and Taco doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Andrews screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
