Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jason Brone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Danny Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brone comes to the cage accompanied by FINLANDIA by Jean Sibelius. Jones is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Bloc Party - Banquet. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
9 - 5 - 1, fighting out of London, Jason Brone!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Danny Jones!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Sam Margolis and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones swinging wilding here.
A combination from Brone does no damage.
Jones closes the distance and clinches up with Brone, looking for a takedown. Jones pushes Brone against the cage but Brone circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Jones has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Jones there as he acknowledges the shot.
No luck for Jones with that takedown attempt.
Jones misses with a few strikes there.
Brone misses with a body shot.
Jones connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Brone's hands.
Jones throws a shot from downtown. Brone moves away and avoids it.
Jones takes a swing at Brone's ribcage but misses.
Jones throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Brone's waist but Brone gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jones off to one side.
Jason Brone has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Danny Jones.
Jones scores a takedown into full mount!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jones goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Brone is on top in guard.
Jones looks gassed!
Brone throwing strikes from guard but Jones blocks nicely.
Brone postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Brone passes Jones's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Jones is defending against the submission attempts here by Brone.

Brone missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Brone tries to pass the half guard into mount. Jones knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Brone is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Jones wants to control but Brone is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Jones is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Brone is staying active.
Jones is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Brone's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Brone's back!
Brone is trying to break free.
Brone rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Brone is not content to let Jones control the position.
Brone is looking to improve his position.
Jones trying to control from half guard but Brone is working away.
Jones passes to side control.
Jones wants to lay and pray for a moment but Brone keeps working.
Brone tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Jones wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Brone throws a combination. Jones tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Jones walks into a stiff left hand from Brone.
Danny Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Brone throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Brone avoids the head kick by Jones.
A jab from Jones misses.
Brone takes a swing at Jones's ribcage but misses.
Brone misses with a looping left.
Brone scores with a nice head shot.
Brone throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Jones throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Brone counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Brone lands a with a good body shot.
Brone throws a series of punches but Jones avoids them all with ease.
Brone keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Jones.
Jones throws a series of punches but Brone moves out of range.
Brone scores with a decent looking hook.
Brone lands with a hook. Jones tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Brone throws a quick inside leg kick.

Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Brone scores with a sloppy right hand. Jones should have avoided that one.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Brone lands with a nice combination. Jones backs away looking to recover.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Brone, as that shot connected.
Jones is rocked!
Brone cracks Jones with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Jones tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Brone pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Jones is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jason Brone!
