Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 22 - 0, fighting out of New York, Petr Kotrc!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Sorsa Lokki!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Daniel Franklin and Stewart Dunkirk.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lokki finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Kotrc shoots in but Lokki avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Lokki stalks Kotrc and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Kotrc's face. Kotrc staggers backwards, shaken.
Lokki throws a series of strikes that have Kotrc backpedaling.
Kotrc gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Lokki counters with a three punch combo that has Kotrc backing up. Kotrc nods at Lokki to acknowledge the strikes.
Nice takedown defense from Lokki. No joy for Kotrc on that attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Petr Kotrc. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Lokki throws a quick inside leg kick.
Lokki pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Kotrc back to the cage. Lokki follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Kotrc throws a body punch but Lokki moves out of range.

Kotrc tries to counter by clinching up but Lokki breaks away and moves out of range.
The fight stays on the outside here - Kotrc looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Kotrc shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Lokki as he avoids it easily.
Lokki scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Lokki throws a one two combo.
Lokki lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Kotrc doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Lokki lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kotrc circles away quickly and effectively.
Lokki connects with an inside leg kick.
Kotrc has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Lokki.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Kotrc moves into the clinch.
Lokki's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Kotrc pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Kotrc fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Lokki closes the distance and lands a one-two.

Kotrc closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Lokki's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Kotrc tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Lokki manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Kotrc will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Sorsa Lokki is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Kotrc darts in looking for a takedown but Lokki gets double underhooks and turns Kotrc into the cage.

Lokki lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Lokki.
Kotrc tries to clinch up.
Lokki drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Kotrc defends it well.
Lokki misses with the combination.
Kotrc really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Lokki turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Sorsa Lokki seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lokki misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Kotrc showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Lokki.
Lokki keeps the fight on the outside.
No luck for Kotrc with that takedown attempt.
And Lokki tries to counter it with a takedown but Kotrc pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Lokki misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Lokki lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Kotrc is defended easily by Lokki.

Lokki throws a combination. Kotrc tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Kotrc shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
A right-left combo lands from Lokki.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kotrc swings for the body but Lokki moves out of range.
Kotrc changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lokki tries to avoid it but Kotrc manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lokki to the ground. Lokki escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Left hook, right uppercut from Lokki.
Kotrc wants to clinch.
Kotrc fails with an attempt to clinch.
Lokki lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Kotrc takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

Kotrc is rocked!
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Lokki scores with a body shot.
Oh Kotrc is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Lokki throws a combination. Kotrc tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Lokki lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Lokki fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Kotrc to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Kotrc looks to clinch but Lokki throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Kotrc taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
