The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mandinos tries to keep at a distance but Jones has taken the fight into the clinch.
Jones lands a hook to the side of the head.

It looks like Kahdi Mandinos has been cut.
Jones lands a right hand.
Jones tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Jones.

Mandinos's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Jones pushes Mandinos up against the cage in a clinch.
Jones misses with a punch on the inside.
Jones misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Jones blocks a body shot from Mandinos.
Jones lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Jones lands an uppercut.
Mandinos is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Jones lands a right hand.
Jones cracks Mandinos with a nice body shot.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jones lands a nice shot to the body.

Jones lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Jones misses with the head strike.
Mandinos tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Mandinos prevents a body shot from Jones.
Jones gets through Mandinos's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Jones lands a right hand that snaps the head of Mandinos backwards.

Jones drops Mandinos onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Mandinos is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

Mandinos is rocked!

Jones throws a big uppercut that drops Mandinos! More strikes from Jones and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Mandinos lies dazed against the cage as Jones celebrates with his cornermen!
