Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Henry Keaty (ranked 2067 p4p, 4244 weight class) and Antonio Urbina (ranked 233 p4p, 387 weight class). Keaty comes into the arena with Lazerpunk - Damage blaring out of the sound system. Urbina is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by This Calling . Henry Keaty has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Keaty gets caught napping as Urbina dives in and scores a takedown. Keaty manages to retain guard.
Urbina looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

Urbina avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Urbina is looking to pass into half guard but Keaty pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Keaty is in guard.

Urbina really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Keaty. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Keaty advances position into side control!

Keaty goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Urbina has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Keaty but great work by Urbina.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Keaty sneaks back into half guard.

Urbina prevents Keaty from improving his position.
Urbina is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard.
Keaty tries to land a sweep but no joy.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Keaty looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Urbina looking to sit in guard and control but Keaty gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Keaty's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Keaty stands and throws Urbina's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Keaty tries to advance to mount but Urbina denies him.
Urbina is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
The referee asks Keaty politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Keaty prefers to stall for the moment though.
Keaty works to advance to full mount. Urbina defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Urbina defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Keaty.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Keaty feints and as Urbina raises his hands in defense, Keaty changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Keaty is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Keaty looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Keaty is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Urbina to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Urbina shrugs it off.

Keaty is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Urbina has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Keaty working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Urbina turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Keaty off and cradles Urbina's limp body as Keaty celebrates with his corner.

Henry Keaty really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that SpeeDee BBQ logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
