Awesome closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Diaz did well to prevent Awesome getting side control.
Diaz is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Awesome wants to get back to his feet.
Diaz wants to control but Awesome is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Awesome takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
