Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alfred Larsen (ranked 3945 p4p, 1736 weight class) and Renato Atunes (ranked 498 p4p, 232 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Atunes clobbers Larsen with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Nice defenses there by Atunes.
Atunes slips a jab and a cross from Larsen.
Atunes scores with a shot to the body.
Larsen attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Atunes throws a body punch but Larsen moves out of range.
Larsen wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Atunes has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Atunes throws a right hand that Larsen ducks under and follows up with a left that Larsen also avoids with ease.
Larsen lands a nice shot that snaps Atunes's head back.
Atunes gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Larsen.
Larsen throws a lazy head kick
and Atunes counters with a nice uppercut.

Atunes explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Larsen swings for the body but Atunes moves out of range.
Larsen tries to close the distance and clinch but Atunes swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Larsen takes a kick to the side of the head.
Atunes misses with the combination.

Atunes scores with a push kick.
Atunes jabs Larsen right on the nose. Larsen blinks but takes it well.
Larsen avoids a kick to the body.
Larsen bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Atunes's head.
Larsen scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Larsen throws a nice looking combination but Atunes bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Larsen backing away here, and Atunes unleashes a leg kick that just misses.
Larsen misses with a straight right.
Atunes throws a fast counter high kick but Larsen manages to duck under it in time.
Some bone on bone action there as Atunes checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Larsen throws a leg kick which misses Atunes's front leg but catches the back leg as Atunes tries to avoid it.
Larsen misses with a hook.
Larsen connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Larsen fails with an attempt to clinch.
Alfred Larsen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Atunes swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Larsen looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Atunes digs a right hand into Larsen's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Larsen's gas tank.

Oh Larsen is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Atunes dips a shoulder and cracks Larsen with a mighty uppercut! Larsen falls back against the cage and Atunes unloads with a barrage of strikes! Larsen is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Atunes screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
