Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ricky LaFleur (ranked 4808 p4p, 6764 weight class) and Kason Rose (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

LaFleur is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Rose's half guard.
Rose is trying to maintain the position but LaFleur is very close to passing his half guard.
LaFleur with the ground and pound but Rose uses the opportunity to regain guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Rose is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Our spies down at at Rabid Dog inform us that Rose has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off?
