El misses with an uppercut.
Thomas misses with the combination.
Thomas thuds a left hand into El's body.
El lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Thomas circles away quickly and effectively.
Thomas tries to work over El's front leg with a kick but El checks it.
El looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
El will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
El throws a looping overhand right but Thomas ducks down to avoid it.
El tries to bum rush Thomas with a series of wild strikes but Thomas uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
A bone on bone clash there as El blocks the leg kick.
Andre Thomas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
El moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

It looks like Andre Thomas has been cut.
Thomas throws a wild body kick that El sees coming a mile off.
Thomas throws a head kick but El moves out of range.
Thomas scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Thomas throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

It looked like El was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Thomas .
El throws a nice looking combination but Thomas bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

and El makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Thomas throws a leg kick but El moved away.
A looping hook to the body misses from Thomas . El does a little dance to reset his feet.
El was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

and El counters with a left to the body.
El on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Thomas . Thomas obviously looking to wear him down.
A low kick from Thomas misses
and El counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
El lands a jab to the head.
Thomas tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Thomas gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! El gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Thomas is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
