Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ergun Cerrahoglu (ranked 1072 p4p, 2109 weight class) and Hukkelberry Flint (ranked 131 p4p, 231 weight class). Flint is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Farmer Song. Hukkelberry Flint has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Flint keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Flint shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Cerrahoglu is trying to defend but Flint finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Cerrahoglu throws the left hand but Flint avoids the punch easily.

Flint jumps guard but Cerrahoglu stands there with Flint around his waist. Flint gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Cerrahoglu is pressed up against the cage. Flint has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Cerrahoglu down to the mat. Cerrahoglu avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Flint connects with a good right hand that stumbles Cerrahoglu. Cerrahoglu circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Cerrahoglu parries the strikes from Flint easily there. Flint is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Cerrahoglu to escape.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Flint working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Flint connects with a nice short shot to Cerrahoglu's temple.
