Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Colin Penn (ranked 2971 p4p, 4625 weight class) and Vitor Vasconcelos (ranked 297 p4p, 434 weight class). Penn kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is The End. Colin Penn could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Vitor Vasconcelos's chin.

Vasconcelos tries to close the distance and clinch but Penn swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Penn looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Penn fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Vasconcelos manages to avoid it.
Vasconcelos with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Penn to score with a decent uppercut.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Colin Penn.
Well Penn has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
