PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Bizihwaeile (ranked 2707 p4p, 1535 weight class) and Jon Erikson (ranked 285 p4p, 176 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Bizihwaeile might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Problem - Say That Then ft. Glasses Malone. The crowd seem to be enjoying Erikson's choice of entrance music: Gåte - Statt Opp. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 10 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jon Erikson!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Lou da Vinci and Bruno Lombardi.

Erikson leaves Bizihwaeile with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Erikson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bizihwaeile swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Bizihwaeile can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Erikson controls the pace.

Erikson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bizihwaeile circles away quickly and effectively.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Bizihwaeile tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Erikson defends well and Bizihwaeile ends up having to push Erikson into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Erikson might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Bizihwaeile takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Erikson lunges at Bizihwaeile with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Bizihwaeile's hand.
Bizihwaeile's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Erikson connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Bizihwaeile scrambles back to his feet.

The fighters circle momentarily. Erikson darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Bizihwaeile is rocked!
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Erikson. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.
Erikson cracks Bizihwaeile with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Bizihwaeile tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Erikson pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Bizihwaeile is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:19 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jon Erikson!
A very excited looking Jon Erikson made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
The defeated Johnny Bizihwaeile had this to say: 'Man fuck.. don't tell me this fake ass mofo beat me? my guy looks like a girl with a plastic D. What a joke to our generation.'.
