Ishimura closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Ishimura clobbers Van Wijnbergen with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
It looks like Joels Van Wijnbergen has been cut.
Van Wijnbergen takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Van Wijnbergen checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Ishimura is looking to chop away at Van Wijnbergen's legs.

Ishimura with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Ishimura looks to score with a jab to the body but Van Wijnbergen is just out of range.

Ishimura bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Van Wijnbergen's head.

Ishimura looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Ishimura is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Van Wijnbergen takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Kosuke Ishimura seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Ishimura's corner calls for a 1-2. Ishimura obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Van Wijnbergen scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Van Wijnbergen throws the kick towards the body but Ishimura avoids it.
Van Wijnbergen throws out a leg kick but Ishimura moves out of range and Van Wijnbergen only half commits.
Ishimura misses with a body shot.
Van Wijnbergen lands a left and a right that send Ishimura crashing to the mat, dazed. Van Wijnbergen thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Ishimura is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Van Wijnbergen connects with a picture perfect right hand that knocks Ishimura out cold! This one is over in a flash!

Joels Van Wijnbergen seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
