Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dodgie Glinko (ranked 4796 p4p, 7550 weight class) and Vladimirs Voranovskis (ranked 489 p4p, 598 weight class). Vladimirs Voranovskis will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Glinko scores with a nice head shot.
Voranovskis moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Voranovskis bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Voranovskis ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Glinko stuffs the takedown.
As Voranovskis tries to get set, Glinko tries to push him back and clinch up but Voranovskis manages to avoid the attempt.
Voranovskis looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Glinko definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Glinko throws out a loose jab but Voranovskis uses good head movement to avoid it.

Voranovskis shoots in for a takedown but Glinko shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Glinko connects with a nice short shot to Voranovskis's temple.
Voranovskis is looking for a sweep. Glinko is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Glinko is on top in guard.
Glinko stands and throws Voranovskis's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Voranovskis really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Glinko. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Glinko connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Voranovskis some visible discomfort.
Voranovskis tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Glinko wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Glinko looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Voranovskis is looking for a sweep.
Glinko wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Voranovskis, who protects the arm well.
Glinko thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Voranovskis manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Glinko throws a solid leg kick but Voranovskis takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Glinko.

Voranovskis shoots in for a takedown but Glinko shows good takedown defense.

Glinko throws a jab when Voranovskis was well out of range.
Voranovskis misses with a takedown attempt - Glinko sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Glinko smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

It looked like Glinko wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Glinko lands a nice hook to Voranovskis's body. Voranovskis takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Voranovskis fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Glinko sprawls well initially but Voranovskis persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Glinko is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Voranovskis pulls his head out easily.

Glinko is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Voranovskis rolls with it to try and escape but Glinko cranks on the arm and Voranovskis is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
