Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Shinnosuke Nakagawa (ranked 4662 p4p, 5208 weight class) and Paolo Alfonso (ranked 0 p4p, 555 weight class). Alfonso comes into a darkened arena with his song building. 1 2 kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Nakagawa shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Alfonso's guard.

Nakagawa can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Alfonso is looking to escape.

Nakagawa has hold of Alfonso's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Alfonso manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Nakagawa is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Alfonso has managed to escape the submission attempt.
