Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dodgie Glinko (ranked 4747 p4p, 4640 weight class) and Vladimirs Voranovskis (ranked 541 p4p, 537 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

Glinko connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Voranovskis momentarily.
Voranovskis fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Voranovskis gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Glinko to score an easy takedown into full guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Glinko drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Glinko jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Glinko is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Voranovskis can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Voranovskis is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Glinko is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Voranovskis to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Voranovskis shrugs it off.
Glinko has control of Voranovskis's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Voranovskis regains control of the situation pretty easily.

That's time! Glinko's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Voranovskis fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Glinko lands a nice hook to Voranovskis's body. Voranovskis takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Glinko dives in for a single leg takedown but Voranovskis sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Voranovskis wants to counter with a clinch but Glinko pushes him away.
Glinko dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Glinko has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Voranovskis can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Glinko is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Voranovskis defends well.
