Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kofi Jamay (ranked 7052 p4p, 7002 weight class) and Mehdi Kanaani (ranked 490 p4p, 488 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Kanaani throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Jamay stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Kanaani pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Jamay back to the ropes. Kanaani follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
A looping hook to the body misses from Jamay. Kanaani does a little dance to reset his feet.

Jamay shoots in for a double leg but Kanaani sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Jamay shoots for a takedown but Kanaani saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Jamay is pinned up against the ropes taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Mehdi Kanaani comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Kanaani has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
