And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Power Man!
The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, David Hoff and Dirk Anderson.





The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Agripa ducks under a wild hook from Man.
Man ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Agripa moves away.
Agripa keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Man.
Agripa appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Man lands a right hook to the body.
Agripa throws a head kick that misses.
Man is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Man lands with a cross.
Man displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Agripa.
Man pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Man is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Agripa.
A little feinted left hand from Agripa on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Nice defenses there by Agripa.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Man jabs Agripa to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Man throws an ugly left hook that misses

and Agripa counters with a takedown into side control.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Agripa is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Man has escaped the position, nice work there.
Agripa is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.

Agripa trying to control the position but Man is working away.

Agripa thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Agripa looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Man can do anything to dispel that myth.
Man is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Agripa has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Agripa tries for a kimura but Man is defending well.
Man seems a little lost for a moment, as Agripa dominates the positioning.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Agripa tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
Man is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Agripa wants to lay and pray for a moment but Man keeps working.

Agripa thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Agripa tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Agripa has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Agripa is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Man knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Man wants to get back to his feet.
Agripa moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.

Agripa definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Man pushes Agripa away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Agripa gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Agripa tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Agripa has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Agripa wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Man, who protects the arm well.
Man is trying to get back to his feet.

Agripa is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Man is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Agripa tries to move to mount but Man blocks the move with his legs.
Agripa controls the position.

Agripa is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Man knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Agripa has hold of Man's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Man seems comfortable defending it but Agripa has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Man is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Man is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Agripa couldn't care less - he's delighted!
