The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Chris Dean and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rubio clinches with his opponent.
Rubio blocks an uppercut.
Rubio tightens his grip and picks Bard up, before dumping him to the ground. Bard manages to land in guard.
Rubio throws a big right hand that misses.
Rubio postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Bard wants to sweep but no luck.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Bard is on top in guard.

Rubio can't keep his opponent in guard - Bard advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Rubio's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
