Slezina has chosen No Escape as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Field gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Field can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Slezina controls the pace.
Field tries to land a sweep but no joy.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Field looks to move to half guard but instead Slezina has passed into mount! Damn!
Field knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Slezina on the ground.
Slezina throws some wild stikes that Field manages to avoid easily.

Slezina is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Field is surviving well by controlling Slezina's body position as best he can.

Field tries to lock up and control but Slezina gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Slezina is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Field has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Slezina has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Field taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Slezina doesn't care though - he's delighted!
