Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Emerson Jorge and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Side connects with a good right hand that stumbles Lends. Lends circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Lends looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Side is fending him off so far but Lends persists. Nope, Side circles away and we're back to standing.
Side swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Lends is defended easily by Side.
Nice shot by Side.
Lends lands with a nice combination. Side backs away looking to recover.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lends falls off balance throwing a combination
and Side counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Lends tries to keep at a distance but Side has taken the fight into the clinch.
Lends stalling in the clinch but Side improves position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Lends tries to pull guard but Side holds him up against the cage and eventually Lends drops back down to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Price Lends. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A head punch on the inside from Lends fails to land.

Lends throws a knee to the head but misses.
Side lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Lends wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Side has him pressed against the cage.
Side lands a nice uppercut.
Lends wants to break free but Side has control.
Lends has Side pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Side manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Lends wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Side manages to break the clinch.
Lends gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Side connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
It looks like Price Lends has been cut.
Lends is breathing heavily.
Side leaves Lends with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Lends wants to clinch up but Side keeps it at a distance.
Lends shoots in but Side avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Price Lends seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Side getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Side lands with a precision combination! Left, right, uppercut and Lends falls flat on his face, eyes wide open but he's out!
