Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Exeudo Oni (ranked 3503 p4p, 427 weight class) and Juan Christiano (ranked 3405 p4p, 411 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Juan Christiano!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Paulsen Ambrosius and Nard Betker.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Christiano scores with a spinning back kick!
Oni's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Christiano connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Oni scrambles back to his feet.

and Christiano counters with a nice uppercut.

It looks like Exeudo Oni has been cut.
Oni tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Christiano lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

and Christiano counters with a head kick. That will keep Oni thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

It seemed like Christiano was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Oni closes the distance and clinches up with Christiano, looking for a takedown. Oni pushes Christiano against the cage but Christiano circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Oni definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Oni throws a shot from downtown. Christiano moves away and avoids it.
A little jabbing left from Christiano on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

and Christiano counters with an inside leg kick.

Christiano looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

Christiano swings wildly with an uppercut but Oni uses good head movement to avoid it.

Christiano circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Oni drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Christiano follows Oni to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
