Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ravana Lanka (ranked 5271 p4p, 0 weight class) and Quinnen Williams (ranked 5382 p4p, 404 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It looked like Lanka was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Williams.

Lanka wants to stand and escape but Williams is having none of it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Williams tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

Lanka is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Williams.

Lanka is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Williams scores with a couple of nice shots.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Williams seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Lanka does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Williams connects with a nice short shot to Lanka's temple.
Williams thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Lanka's head.
Lanka is refusing to be controlled, as Williams sits in half guard.
Williams scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Williams lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Lanka quite badly. Lanka pulls Williams in close trying to recover. Williams postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Lanka on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Lanka doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Quinnen Williams!
