Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Larsson (ranked 3963 p4p, 375 weight class) and Gustaw Lis (ranked 25269 p4p, 553 weight class). Gustaw Lis has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Larsson shoots for a double leg takedown but Lis sprawls well. He's pushed Larsson's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Lis is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Larsson with a body shot.

Lis fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Larsson to the ground. Lis is now in Larsson's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Lis is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Larsson might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Lis has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
