PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Conor Butcher (ranked 852 p4p, 104 weight class) and Arnao Vanegas (ranked 947 p4p, 120 weight class). Butcher comes to the cage accompanied by Eaten by Bloodbath. On his way into the cage it seems that Conor Butcher has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Conor Butcher seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Butcher has taken the fight to the clinch.

Vanegas breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Butcher shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Butcher was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
